INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATION FOR THE 18th CONGRESS

A reduced registration fee requires submission of appropriate documentation, uploaded in the designated field of the online registration form.

Certification for candidates may be sent by the administration of the respective Societies as a group list, provided that payment has been made.

Undergraduate and postgraduate students must upload a valid student ID.

Student registration is limited to 70 spots at the reduced rate of €70, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lunch can be ordered for €18/day during the break. Meal options are included in the registration form.

Once payment is made, registration must be completed through the online registration form.

EARLY REGISTRATION is completed by transferring the corresponding fee to one of the Hellenic Psychoanalytic Society’s bank accounts. If lunch is selected, the total amount (registration + lunch) must be deposited together. The total amount payable will be automatically calculated based on your selections in the registration form.

IMPORTANT: Bank transfer fees are borne by the sender. The deposited amount must be exactly as stated for your category.

The participant's full name and the mention '18th Congress' must appear on the payment details.

No on-site registrations will be accepted during the Congress.

PARTICIPATION IN CONGRESS SESSIONS
Upon arrival at the venue, participants will receive a folder with congress materials and a personal name badge. The badge is required for entry to the auditorium and workshops.

CONGRESS EVALUATION
After the congress, you will receive an online evaluation questionnaire, which can be filled out anonymously. Your feedback is highly appreciated.

CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of attendance will be sent electronically after the evaluation questionnaire has been completed.
